Within the framework of the FLOWS program, Studio Pietrangeli successfully delivered the Training Session – Applied Risk Analysis and Assessment, as part of the Technical Assistance for the Assessment and Management of Dam Safety in Kosovo. The workshop presented concrete measures that operators and institutions need to undertake to enhance dam safety, some of which will be reviewed for implementation by the FLOWS program.
The workshop brought together institutional representatives and dam operators, focusing on practical methodologies for risk analysis and decision-making in the field of dam safety. Through this session, participants strengthened their capacities in: Identifying and assessing safety risks Applying modern risk analysis tools Improving dam safety management and monitoring practices This initiative represents an important step toward enhancing dam safety, resilience, and the sustainable management of water infrastructure in Kosovo.
